I'd like to know how many foreclosures each of our members know about and whether they know the circumstances.

1. Is it due to loss of income
2. Is it due to an ARM
3. Is it due to family hardship
4. Is it due to death in family

Do you know of any investors who are investing in Short Sales.

I've actually had two.. my parents lost their home of 20+ years due to my Dad losing his job and my neighbor is in the middle of losing her home because of a divorce (her ex-husband is not holding up his side of the deal)
